Bonjour! Je m'appelle Caroline. I grew up in Lyon, one of the largest cities in France. For the last four years I have lived in Pittsburgh with my husband and two daughters. Ironically, the hearts of both Lyon and Pittsburgh are defined by two merging rivers.
My undergraduate degree, which I received in France, was in applied foreign languages. In addition to English, I also studied German and Italian. I have always loved learning a new language, and discovering the associated culture. Of course I still think that French is the prettiest language in the world, and I hope to help more people come to appreciate its beauty.
During my time in the U.S., I have taught French to students of all levels — from children to businessmen with assignments overseas. Whether you are preparing for a business trip, struggling in a school class, or simply seeking to expose your child to French, I would love to assist in your discovery of the French language.
